About the role
We are looking for a Business Management Consultant to evaluate and enhance the quality of client‑ready documents. This remote, contract‑based role focuses on reviewing .DOCX files for structural richness, visual polish, and compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the structural richness and visual polish of submitted documents.
- Review .DOCX files for client‑ready exhibits, callouts, roadmap tables, and strong formatting discipline.
- Ensure compliance with legal rights and confidentiality restrictions.
- Provide feedback to improve document quality and adherence to standards.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while maintaining document integrity.
Required profile
- Experience working with .DOCX files.
- Ability to create client‑ready exhibits and maintain strong formatting discipline.
- Legal right to share submitted documents.
Required skills
- Microsoft Word (.DOCX) document handling and formatting.
