Business Development Representative

About the role

Join Bizzy as a Business Development Representative and become the first point of contact for our B2B Intelligence Platform. You will prospect, qualify, and hand over high‑quality leads to the sales team, laying the foundation for future account executive opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline using Bizzy’s tools and HubSpot.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify prospects by uncovering needs, pain points, budgets, and decision criteria.
• Schedule meetings or product demos for qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
• Record all interactions, insights, and activity metrics accurately in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong energy.
• Team‑player who shares insights and collaborates effectively.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and able to create opportunities proactively.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads and priorities.
• Resilient and persistent in the face of rejection.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot (experience using the platform for lead management).
