About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the APAC region for our gaming and technology clients. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with globally recognised brands on high‑impact campaigns while collaborating with cross‑functional creative, strategy and events teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition and conversion performance in APAC.
- Own the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming and technology clients, identifying long‑term partnership opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and craft customised solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are innovative, consistent and commercially effective.
- Optimise CRM workflows, lead management and pitch processes using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology sector.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Strong track record of managing pipelines and closing deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
