Breakfast Assistant – Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Breakfast Assistant to join our team at Motel One in Antwerp. In this role you will welcome guests each morning, ensuring a smooth and pleasant start to their day while upholding our “One Smile” philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, replenish and maintain the breakfast buffet according to Motel One standards.
• Provide attentive and efficient service during breakfast hours.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality and presentation throughout the service.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a professional manner.
• Support the Bar One team after breakfast when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Required profile

• Early‑bird attitude and enjoyment of starting the day before most people.
• Experience in hospitality, catering or customer service, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Calm and organized during busy breakfast rushes.
• Flexible with working hours and able to cover unexpected busy periods.
• Team player who enjoys helping across departments.
• Strong eye for cleanliness, quality and presentation.
