Behavioural Health Coach (Freelance Remote)

About the role

Intellect is looking for Behavioural Health Coaches to join its telehealth platform, supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 30-minute video sessions. It is a freelance remote role with flexible business hours, suited to supplement a current job or private practice. Local candidates are preferred but others can also be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clients
• Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination and work-life balance
• Help clients set up personal or career goals and relationships
• Work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation certification, or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling
• ICF coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours; counsellors at least 300 clinical hours after graduation
• Proficiency in English and the local language
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is prioritised
