About the role
Spektrum is seeking a Backend Engineer to support key projects for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role focuses on designing and maintaining data‑centric backend solutions that enable secure and reliable communications for NATO members and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Devise and implement master data management processes for specific data subsets.
- Assess the integrity of data sourced from multiple systems.
- Provide advice on transforming data between formats and media.
- Maintain and enforce information handling procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure data solutions meet security and operational requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data management and backend development.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data quality across diverse sources.
- Ability to work in an international, defense‑oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills for advising stakeholders on data transformation.
