Automotive Warranty Auditor

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Auditor to join its Business Operations team in Brussels, focusing on warranty audits within the automotive sector. You will work closely with OEM dealers and service teams to ensure compliance with service standards and improve warranty processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct warranty audits in line with OEM service standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate workshop and service processes, ensuring adherence to OEM requirements.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations to enhance warranty compliance.
• Collaborate with OEM dealers and service teams to verify accurate warranty claims.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current on OEM repair technologies and automotive advancements.
• Document audit findings using MS Office and other reporting tools.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience as an automotive warranty auditor, mechanic, or automotive engineer (Service Manager or Aftersales Manager experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail, workshop, and service processes, preferably within an OEM environment.
• In‑depth understanding of automotive technology and OEM repair procedures.
• Native‑level proficiency in French or Dutch and business‑level English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• High mobility and flexibility to travel as needed.
• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• General PC handling.
