Audit Manager – Bilingual FR/ENG (Zaventem)

About the role

RSM Belgium is seeking a bilingual French/English Audit Manager to join its Zaventem office. You will lead audit engagements for mid‑size SMEs and larger international clients, providing high‑quality financial audit services while acting as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit teams on complex engagements, ensuring compliance with standards and client expectations.
• Provide technical audit assistance, including performance assessments across projects and entities.
• Manage client relationships, prepare and present audit reports, and monitor audit budgets.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner of Audit and various steering committees to improve audit effectiveness.
• Contribute to advisory and forensic projects as capacity and interest allow.

Required profile

• Professional experience in audit, preferably with exposure to mid‑size and multinational clients.
• Strong initiative, ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Strategic insight and account‑management capabilities.
