Associate Field Clinical Liaison – French Speaking

About the role

As an Associate Field Clinical Liaison you will be the primary point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in Wallonia and Luxembourg. You will deliver clinical education, support and relationship management to help customers master Invisalign techniques and fully utilise the iTero scanner.

Key responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing training on digital dental technologies (Invisalign, iTero) through virtual sessions and on‑site visits.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans and training materials to suit audience needs.
• Investigate and resolve clinical‑related inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and support teams to design and execute educational programs.
• Plan and conduct field visits to dental practices, DSO organisations and universities, travelling up to 70% of the time.
• Report weekly on training activities and manage expense reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic clinical education role.
• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, orthodontics or dental technology (DDS, DMD, Dental Technician or equivalent).
• Fluent in French and English, currently residing in Belgium.
• Strong public speaking, communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 70% of work time).
