Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering outstanding store performance at a LEGO Yellow Store. You will help drive sales, ensure a safe and fun environment for guests and colleagues, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to prioritize tasks, exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Foster a positive, safe and enjoyable team atmosphere.
• Maintain merchandising standards that align with LEGO brand guidelines.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to build a productive and collaborative workforce.

Required profile

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a LEGO Yellow Store.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate yourself and others to achieve high performance.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive store environment.
