About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. You will support the Food & Beverage team in both front‑of‑house service and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth daily flow and high standards of quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including guest service, staffing rotas and inventory control.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to enquiries to enhance satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of food & beverage initiatives that meet hotel targets for revenue and cost control.
• Supervise and coach team members, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and legislative requirements, preparing documentation for audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage service with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Strong supervisory and managerial abilities, capable of motivating a diverse team.
