About the role
Join Radisson Hotel Group as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. You will support the Food & Beverage team in both front‑of‑house service and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth daily flow and high standards of quality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including guest service, staffing rotas and inventory control.
- Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to enquiries to enhance satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of food & beverage initiatives that meet hotel targets for revenue and cost control.
- Supervise and coach team members, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and legislative requirements, preparing documentation for audits.
Required profile
- Proven experience in food & beverage service with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
- Strong supervisory and managerial abilities, capable of motivating a diverse team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and a passion for hospitality.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to find creative solutions.
- High personal integrity and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience using IT systems across various platforms (e.g., POS, inventory software).
