About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating team members while ensuring the store meets performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental objectives.
• Participate actively on the floor, engaging with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Handle customer and employee escalations, collaborating with leadership and People partners as needed.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
