About the role

As an Apple Store Manager in Brussels you will lead, coach and develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will actively participate in customer interactions alongside your team to meet performance goals and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and empower team members to achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing and retaining a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Participate in floor leadership, model best practices and ensure business priorities are met.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance goals.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets and confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Experience leading others in retail, sales or a related field.
• Ability to exceed goals, follow through on commitments and build trust.
• Strong decision‑making, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Mentorship, coaching and feedback capabilities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
