Amazon Ecommerce & Marketing Manager – Europe

About the role

As the Amazon Ecommerce & Marketing Manager you will lead the growth of our KitchenAid brand on Amazon across key European markets. You will design and execute Amazon Advertising strategies, manage Brand Stores, and turn data insights into revenue‑driving actions while working remotely with regular visits to our Brussels office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video and Sponsored Display campaigns across multiple EU marketplaces.
• Manage multi‑country budgets, perform daily bid adjustments and keyword harvesting to meet ACoS and TACOS targets.
• Maintain and localise KitchenAid Brand Stores, updating seasonal promotions, new product launches and A+ Content.
• Analyse Store performance with Amazon Brand Analytics and redesign layouts to improve conversion.
• Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards using Vendor Central, Seller Central and tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua or Pacvue.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership and coordinate ad spend with inventory and promotional calendars.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Ecommerce and Advertising.
• Proven expertise with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central across several EU marketplaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional proficiency in German, French, Italian or Spanish is a strong advantage.
