Airport Supervisor – Brussels

About the role

LATAM is looking for an Airport Supervisor to join its Airport Management team at Brussels Airport. You will lead daily operations across passenger counters, boarding gates, sales, ramp, and baggage services, ensuring smooth service delivery and punctual flights.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities at counters, gates, sales desks, ramp operations, and baggage handling.
• Lead work teams, manage shifts, assign roles, and handle leave planning.
• Resolve service disruptions and manage contingencies in collaboration with airport authorities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Allocate operational resources and maintain communication with key airport stakeholders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar airport or logistics operations.
• Valid permit to live and work in Brussels.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Familiarity with SABRE reservation system (plus).
