Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Planning & Operations

About the role

Join EY's Planning team in Belgium as a Senior Consultant, driving innovation in supply chain and operations. You will lead and support projects that focus on sustainability, resilience and digital transformation, working closely with clients to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and (co‑lead) project delivery teams to improve client business performance.
• Build relationships with clients and internal peers, support bids, proposals and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Coach and support consultants and client team members, perform analyses and report findings.
• Share expertise within the planning excellence team and collaborate with regional and global planning leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Industrial or Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience delivering supply chain planning improvements, preferably in consulting.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch (written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication, coaching and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Belgium or abroad.

Required skills

• Demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning & scheduling, S&OP.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning transformation (people, process, data, technology).
• Interest in applying AI trends to supply chain challenges.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (or experience with P&G’s IWS).
