AI Coach Expert Consultant

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for an AI Coach Expert Consultant to join a client‑site mission. You will guide multiple departments in adopting and responsibly using artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on HR‑related use cases and overall business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate, advise and train teams to identify high‑value AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Drive analytics use‑case delivery from identification through proof‑of‑concept and pilot, while respecting AI governance frameworks.
• Support day‑to‑day usage of existing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, create prompt libraries and boost productivity across HR and other functions.
• Act as a bridge between business units and central AI teams, sharing best practices and fostering an innovation culture.
• Raise awareness of AI opportunities by delivering workshops, training sessions and hands‑on labs on AI‑powered tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in AI/GenAI adoption, preferably within HR.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and to lead transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, diplomatic and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, adaptability and problem‑solving orientation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent analytical background).
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French (basic proficiency in the other language).
• Willingness to work 60 % onsite and 40 % remote.
