Administrative & Investor Support Assistant

About the role

uFund, the market leader in Tax Shelter fundraising for the audiovisual sector in Belgium, is looking for an Administrative & Investor Support Assistant. The role sits at the intersection of customer service, finance and teamwork, supporting investors and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up Tax Shelter investment dossiers.
• Handle commercial and administrative documents.
• Prepare internal analyses and supporting reports.
• Supervise daily operational activities of the sales team.
• Coordinate efficiently with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, quality and compliance in administrative processes.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and investor satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in a B2B customer‑support or administrative role.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Strong communication skills and professional precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM tool.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
