About the role
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering clear and courteous assistance across email, chat and phone channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes and guide customers to solutions.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system, track open cases and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Maintain professional communication standards and handle complaints with empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions and stay updated on product changes.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, empathy and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
- Proficiency using email and chat tools.
