About the role
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and empathetic assistance across email, chat, and phone channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with accurate product and service information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identifying root causes and guiding customers to solutions.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system, track open cases, and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Maintain high communication standards, handle complaints professionally, and flag recurring problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product changes.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, empathy, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently from a quiet home office.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
