About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and office records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Support internal teams with various administrative tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
