Activity Manager Benelux

About the role

The Activity Manager Benelux will coordinate key business unit activities, including innovations, product renovations, launches, and productivity projects across the Benelux region. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution quality process and coordinate commercialization of product or packaging change projects.
• Collaborate with demand planning, supply chain, sales, marketing, and category management to guarantee on‑time launches.
• Work with Global Activity Managers on complex, strategic, multi‑country projects.
• Supervise deliverables, manage timelines, and propose risk‑mitigation plans.
• Ensure accurate demand data transmission and maintain master data quality.
• Lead local PAM processes and supply‑chain work packages during project development.
• Manage the project portfolio, prioritize SKUs, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using software tools, adjusting them based on market inputs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Industry, Innovation, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain or project‑management roles.
• Knowledge of demand planning and master‑data management is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Motivation to develop expertise in supply‑chain project management.
