About the role
Amazon is seeking an experienced Account Manager to recruit and onboard sellers on its Belgium Marketplace. You will help sellers grow their businesses while driving new business revenue for Amazon across selected product families.
Key responsibilities
- Develop long‑term relationships with sellers, supporting integration of their offers and setting ambitious growth targets.
- Achieve business and financial objectives, expanding Amazon’s third‑party marketplace in designated categories.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to improve the Marketplace experience for all sellers.
- Analyse sales and traffic data to uncover growth opportunities and generate leads for new seller recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Category Managers and cross‑regional teams, to drive best practices and new initiatives.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to understand seller performance root causes and recommend actions.
Required profile
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience recruiting and managing marketplace sellers.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and traffic data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
