Account Manager – European Institutions

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to grow our business within the European Institutions market in Brussels. You will combine sales, recruitment and account management to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client accounts in the European Institutions sector.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract award and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to source and secure top talent for client projects.
• Support consultants throughout onboarding, project delivery and performance reviews.
• Maintain high levels of customer and consultant satisfaction.
• Contribute to account growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the European Institutions sector.
• Background in recruitment, account management, sales or business development.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English; French and other European languages are a plus.
