Account Manager - Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Brussels team. The role will own a portfolio of customer accounts, guiding them through onboarding, training, daily support and growth initiatives. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure customer satisfaction and drive retention.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and train new customers transferred from Account Executives.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Monitor accounts regularly, manage expectations and resolve enquiries.
• Identify renewal opportunities, negotiate terms and secure contract extensions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (AE, Rev Ops, KA) to prepare competitive offers and obtain purchase orders.
• Develop account maps, customer personas and spot cross‑selling/up‑selling opportunities.
• Create and deliver customized sales proposals and support in‑person events for the Brussels audience.
• Coordinate projects across editorial, product, marketing and communications teams, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Assess campaign performance, report results and suggest improvements based on feedback.
• Gather customer insights and relay them to product development and other internal groups.

Required profile

• 3‑ to 5‑year higher education degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of account‑management experience, preferably in the media sector, and at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with the Brussels public‑administration environment is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using Notion.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred).
