Strategy Consultant

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join its team. You will work on high‑impact engagements for leading organisations in Belgium and globally, helping clients define winning strategies, redesign operating models and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition of corporate, business and growth strategies for clients.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, customer behaviour and financial performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and business cases to inform executive decisions.
• Contribute to operating model design, transformation road‑maps and value‑creation plans.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives in collaboration with technology and industry experts.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses and executive materials.
• Work closely with client teams and Accenture colleagues in multidisciplinary, international project teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a relevant industry role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, team‑based environments and handle ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (knowledge of the other national language is mandatory).
