Account Manager – Brand Experience

About the role

As an Account Manager for PLUO’s stand division, you will be the primary point of contact for key brand clients, combining sales development, project coordination, and customer service to deliver high‑quality exhibition solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, balancing new prospecting (hunting) with client retention (farming).
• Identify market opportunities, contribute to sales strategy, and represent PLUO at trade shows across Belgium and Europe.
• Act as the privileged client liaison, understanding brand challenges, budgets, and timelines to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams—including project managers, designers, production, and logistics—to meet quality, cost, and deadline targets.
• Maintain accurate client records in Odoo, generate quotes, track CRM activities, and produce structured reports.
• Occasionally attend on‑site client meetings to support project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in event, communication, advertising, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing pitch processes.
• Strong ability to quickly grasp client needs, build trust, and work with senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent organizational skills, stress resistance, and a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP/CRM system.
