360 Recruitment Consultant – IT (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

Join Huxley, a specialist staffing firm within the SThree Group, as a 360 Recruitment Consultant focused on IT freelance talent. You will combine business development with end‑to‑end recruitment to match top professionals with leading companies in the banking, financial services and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new client accounts, build strong relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Respond to tenders and RFPs, preparing quotations and proposals.
• Analyse clients' hiring needs, advise on recruitment strategies and source the best freelance IT professionals.
• Conduct assessments, reference checks and support candidates throughout the placement process.
• Prepare quotations, monitor assignment invoicing and ensure smooth administrative follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment or sales, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong motivation for challenges, autonomy and client interaction.
• Fluent French and professional‑level English.
• Valid driving licence.
