Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Lead end-to‑end supply chain operations in a growing manufacturing company. This high‑impact role offers strong visibility and autonomy within a well‑established firm that operates in Belgium and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities, including planning, inventory and logistics processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and stock management.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and sales teams.
• Manage suppliers and logistics partners.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Hands‑on, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
