SAP Solution Architect – HCM & SuccessFactors

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role works closely with the HR Business Relationship Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and user‑centric integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the solution architecture for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.
• Design integration patterns using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Lead the development of extensibility extensions for SuccessFactors and HCM, including SAP Fiori applications.
• Provide IAM architecture guidance and configure security settings.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and related integration activities.
• Configure and optimise the SAP Fiori Launchpad and SuccessFactors WorkZone.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience with SAP BTP, SAP Fiori design, and IAM configuration.
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Dutch or French (C1), with a second national language at B2 level.
