Night Shift Receptionist (f/m/d)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable night‑shift receptionist to welcome guests at MEININGER Hotel Bruxelles Gare du Midi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, suppliers and technicians, ensuring a safe and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures, answer inquiries and provide information about local attractions.
• Manage operational tasks such as invoicing, responding to e‑mails and online requests.
• Welcome and assist suppliers, external technicians and other visitors.
• Support other departments when needed, including during weekends, public holidays and varying shift times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
• Outgoing personality, comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Fluent in French and English (B1‑B2 level or higher).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of a front‑office system (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
