Full-Time Remote Appointment Setter – Med Spa Leads

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, full‑time remote appointment setter to manage inbound leads for med spas and aesthetic clinics. You will engage prospects who have already shown interest, answer their questions, handle objections, collect deposits when needed, and schedule qualified appointments in the clinic’s system.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new inbound leads via call, text, or email.
• Explain clinic services and available treatments.
• Qualify prospects according to clinic criteria.
• Book appointments accurately in GoHighLevel and update pipeline stages.
• Collect deposits when required.
• Confirm appointments using a structured reminder process (72‑hour, 48‑hour, 24‑hour, same‑day).
• Maintain complete notes for every lead.
• Submit daily performance reports and participate in call reviews and training.

Required profile

• Previous hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Strong understanding of GoHighLevel conversations, pipelines, calendars, tasks, and contact management.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor and meet attendance, activity, and performance expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
