Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

This position is based in Belgium and leads digital marketing initiatives that boost online visibility, engagement, and business growth. You will design and execute multi‑channel campaigns while continuously optimizing performance through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across SEO, social media, paid search and display platforms.
• Track, analyse and report key metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversions, traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create high‑converting landing pages and digital experiences.
• Manage and grow social media profiles and contribute to the company blog and content initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and audience behaviour to identify new opportunities.
• Analyse website and funnel data to pinpoint drop‑off points and optimisation opportunities.
• Drive initiatives aimed at doubling website traffic within a year.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on measurable growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
