Client Relations Agent – Dutch & English

About the role

As a Client Relations Agent you will represent Hermès, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for customers across the Benelux‑Nordics region. Based in the Brussels headquarters, you will handle enquiries through email, telephone and digital channels, acting as the main point of contact for end‑customers and supporting store teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other digital platforms, providing accurate product information and availability.
• Explain purchase, return and exchange procedures and coordinate follow‑up with the relevant store.
• Maintain and improve the quality of relationships with customers and stores in line with Hermès service philosophy.
• Assist customers with reservations, bespoke solutions and any special requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and timely communication across the Benelux‑Nordics markets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel, retail or e‑commerce environments, preferably with an international clientele.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, empathy and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Analytical, self‑reliant and capable of managing stress and conflict situations.
• Team‑player mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
