Warehousing & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehousing & Logistics Manager ensures the availability, movement and regulatory compliance of aircraft parts and tooling, supporting uninterrupted maintenance operations for Brussels Airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations at H41 and Machelen, guaranteeing traceability, safety and stock accuracy.
• Manage global freight (≈€12M), including time‑critical AOG shipments and logistics provider agreements.
• Ensure full compliance with IATA DGR, CBAM, export control and other customs regulations.
• Drive lean improvements, digitalisation and automation to optimise KPIs such as inventory accuracy and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics/supply‑chain experience, preferably in aviation line or base maintenance.
• Proven leadership of a team of around 20 full‑time employees.
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness, cost accounting and regulatory compliance.
