Benelux Supply Chain Lead – EP/NV

About the role

The Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader plays a critical role in driving customer‑centric value creation across the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular portfolio. This position acts as the primary supply chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of the Benelux end‑to‑end supply chain strategy aligned with global EP/NV priorities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to support growth, product launches and tender processes, ensuring reliable supply.
• Own customer service performance, create dashboards (OTIF, fill rate, lead times) and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional integration across planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, regulatory and finance.
• Manage supply constraints, allocate inventory and execute rapid recovery plans.
• Promote digital transformation through ERP, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP) and analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of end‑to‑end supply chain experience in a regulated, matrixed environment.
• Proven leadership of regional or global supply chain operations with a focus on performance and transformation.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to balance service, cost, growth and cash objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % across the Benelux region.
