About the role
Confident communicator comfortable in a fast‑paced service‑focused role. Proactive problem solver and team player who builds a fun environment that makes guests feel at home.
Key responsibilities
- Help guests and create positive experiences.
- Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way.
- Process all bills and payments accurately.
- Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
- Support other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.
Required profile
- Experience within the service industry.
- Personal experience of travel and the travel industry.
- High energy with a fearless do‑it‑yourself attitude.
- Good with people, enjoys chatting with guests, and is a clear communicator fluent in English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera.
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Micros.
