Country Lead – Belgium

About the role

Swan.io is looking for a Country Lead to drive the growth and success of its Belgian partner ecosystem. Based in Brussels, you will act as the primary liaison between Swan and its local partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, strong engagement, and sustainable revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of Belgian partners, taking full ownership of their revenue targets.
• Accelerate time‑to‑revenue during partner onboarding and drive planned revenue growth.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to align on strategy, progress, and priorities.
• Track partner performance, health scores, CSAT, usage and revenue, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams (Product, Compliance, Integration, Support) to deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Maintain high partner satisfaction, minimize churn and promote product adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B partner portfolios in a fintech or SaaS environment.
• Strong account ownership and operational understanding.
• Strategic thinking with solid business sense.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
