Account Executive – Dutch Market (Full‑Time)

About the role

As an Account Executive you will be the face of Payflip to Belgian companies, helping employers transform their salary policies into flexible, employee‑centred compensation. You will own the complete sales cycle, from the first conversation to contract signing, and act as a brand ambassador at HR events across Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiations and closing.
• Represent Payflip at HR conferences and events throughout Belgium.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow the Belgian customer base in your segment.
• Continuously refine and improve the sales playbook based on market feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial or sales experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for questioning and optimising sales processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Proactive, pragmatic and comfortable acting as a brand ambassador.
