Young Graduate SAP Consultant – Technology (Sep 2026)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a young graduate to join its SAP practice in Brussels starting September 2026. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology and AI, giving you the chance to work on real‑world SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation programmes, helping clients migrate from legacy systems.
• Explore and prototype Generative AI and intelligent‑automation solutions within SAP (AI‑assisted configuration, embedded analytics, process co‑pilots).
• Participate in client workshops and stakeholder meetings, translating business requirements into structured technical solutions.
• Track project progress, identify risks and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives as a recent graduate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science or a related field, graduating in 2026.
• Fluent English and fluent Dutch or French (working knowledge of the other language).
• Curious, analytical, comfortable with ambiguity and a strong team player.
