Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Web Developer to join our Software Development Team in Ghent. You will report directly to the Development Team Lead and work on a variety of client projects, contributing to both design and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications for internal and client‑facing projects.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to testing.
• Collaborate with senior team members to validate and adjust software as needed.
• Ensure on‑site presence in our Belgian office to support team activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Service‑oriented attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Open to recent graduates who will be mentored by senior staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web development frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL; PHP is a plus.
