UX/UI Designer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team focused on shaping the future of work and customer experiences. You will be mentored by senior designers and will contribute your creativity to deliver intuitive, accessible digital solutions for both mobile and desktop platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in user research, interviews and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points.
• Translate insights and business requirements into sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs.
• Design accessible, responsive interfaces for SaaS products, adhering to WCAG standards.
• Collaborate daily with product owners, developers, brand designers and functional analysts in an agile environment.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
• Provide clear hand‑off documentation and annotations for development teams.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, testing results and internal design reviews.

Required profile

• MSc or BSc in Digital Design, Interactive Multimedia, UX/UI Design or a related field.
• 1–5 years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience, preferably with digital products or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and clean, user‑centered UI work.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, design‑thinking mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma (auto‑layout, variables, interactive prototypes).
• Experience using generative UI tools such as v0, Figma Make or Lovable.
• Solid knowledge of UX/UI patterns across devices (mobile, web, VR).
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, a11y).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Confluence (nice to have).
