User Support Specialist

About the role

The User Support Specialist will join our IT team in Brussels, providing day‑to‑day assistance to internal users and supporting project teams. Working on‑site three days a week, you will help ensure smooth operation of IT services in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily user support and assistance to internal teams, handling requests and incidents.
• Support project teams—including developers and business analysts—with operational and coordination tasks.
• Track and follow up on user requests, incidents, and general support activities.
• Assist in creating documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing IT and business projects.
• Help maintain high service quality and user satisfaction across an international setting.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Previous experience in service desk, help desk, user support, administration, or project support.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Organized, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude.
