User Engagement Consultant

About the role

Join a fast‑growing software company that helps leading organisations optimise their supply chains. As a User Engagement Consultant you will coach key users and planners on the OMP planning solution, ensuring they extract maximum value from the tool.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to teach fundamentals of supply‑chain planning.
• Act as the first point of contact for tool‑related questions from key users, planners and subject‑matter experts.
• Support functionality validation by preparing and guiding validation workshops for all business‑scenario variants.
• Ensure planning actions align with business objectives and KPIs defined during the design phase.
• Guide business‑process owners to translate planning activities into actionable plans within constraints.
• Share best practices, tips and tricks to maximise planner satisfaction.
• Document the planning cycle with clear flow charts and instructions.
• Help customers improve master‑data quality required by the planning software.
• Develop comprehensive training plans for all roles involved in the planning cycle.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Ability to map complex, interconnected problems into clear, structured flow charts.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent presentation skills and the flexibility to adapt to different audience knowledge levels.
• Analytical, patient and critical mindset with a commitment to uncover root causes.
• Strong people skills, approachable personality and the ability to motivate teams.
• Combination of pragmatism, persistence, creativity and insightfulness.
