UI/UX Designer

About the role

Netcompany is looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, functional, and visually appealing digital experiences for a range of web, mobile, and tablet products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business and user needs into cohesive design solutions that align with the company’s design system.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing UI solutions.
• Analyse user journeys using heuristic reviews, task analysis, and analytics.
• Prototype low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes, mock‑ups, and storyboards.
• Design responsive UI components, define information architecture, interaction workflows, and navigation patterns.
• Create and maintain a design system with versioned libraries, style guides, and component documentation.
• Plan and conduct user‑centred evaluations such as usability tests, A/B tests, and heuristic reviews.
• Collaborate with developers for handoff, support cross‑browser/device testing, and ensure design consistency.

Required profile

• University degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent).

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3
• JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js
• Design and prototyping tools: Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, UxPin, Framer, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of W3C standards, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and SEO principles
