Training Specialist

About the role

As a Training Specialist within Atlas Copco Group IT, you will enable employees to adopt new technologies and ways of working. Working in the Change Management and Communications team, you will design and deliver learning experiences that build confidence and capability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Guide users and stakeholders through change by driving adoption of new technologies, IT services, and digital tools.
• Design and deliver impactful training sessions, workshops, and learning materials.
• Advise stakeholders on learning, adoption, and change strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with business users to tailor enablement solutions to regional and organizational needs.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through onboarding, capability building, and integration activities.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and shared responsibility for technology adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering communication, training, or capability‑building initiatives that support technology adoption.
• Background in organizational change, user enablement, or technology adoption projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Experience in a global, multicultural environment is a plus.
