Instructional Designer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing company that optimises supply‑chain operations with smart software and services. As an Instructional Designer you will partner with subject‑matter experts, trainers and stakeholders to create engaging, efficient learning experiences that support our global onboarding and training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to define learning objectives and target audiences for each training request.
• Design and develop e‑learning modules, video scripts, and other training materials using instructional design principles and adult‑learning theory.
• Lead end‑to‑end creation or conversion projects, focusing on e‑learning delivery.
• Support video production, advise on formats, and manage the use of authoring tools.
• Process training registrations, coordinate logistics, manage participant lists, schedule trainers and book rooms.
• Maintain learning paths and training schedules in the PeopleFluent LMS, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on new‑hire forecasting, onboarding timelines and learning‑path alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in educational sciences, pedagogy or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development or a similar role.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles, learning theories and adult‑learning concepts.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and align content with business needs.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑assisted learning creation (e.g., prompting AI agents).
• Proficiency in using an LMS, specifically PeopleFluent.
• Familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools.
