About the role
As a Training Solution Advisor at CERAN Institute, you will act as a trusted consultant for professionals, SMEs, and private clients seeking high‑value language and intercultural training. You will guide prospects from the first conversation through to a tailored proposal, ensuring each solution aligns with their objectives, context, and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and uncover client needs.
- Recommend customized learning solutions based on objectives, context, and budget.
- Proactively manage and grow a sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Academic teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Contribute directly to the commercial growth of CERAN Institute.
Required profile
- Strong interest in consultative sales and customer advisory.
- Experience in business development, learning solutions, customer success, or B2B services.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with the capacity to manage multiple opportunities autonomously.
- Professional fluency in French, English, and Dutch (German is a plus).

- CRM affinity and digital ease.
