Training Coordinator Intern

About the role

Holiday Inn Brussels Airport, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a motivated Training Coordinator Intern to join its Human Resources team in Diegem. The intern supports the development and engagement of hotel colleagues and helps create a positive learning culture aligned with IHG brand standards and service excellence. The internship is full-time and offers practical experience in hotel HR operations, Learning & Development and international hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions and prepare materials, attendance lists, certificates and presentations
• Maintain training records and track completion of mandatory IHG trainings and compliance modules
• Support departmental trainers and managers with operational training needs
• Assist with onboarding: prepare welcome packs and onboarding documents and support new employees during integration
• Help organise colleague activities, celebrations and engagement initiatives, and promote a workplace culture aligned with IHG values
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, reporting, training audits and quality standards follow-up

Required profile

• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Passion for hospitality and people development
• Fluent English; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
• Positive attitude, team spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced hotel environment
