Trainee Consultant – Autumn 2026 (6‑month Brussels Traineeship)

About the role

BOLDT BPI is seeking a motivated Trainee Consultant for a six‑month traineeship starting in autumn 2026 at our Brussels office. You will support a diverse portfolio of clients across digital, sustainability, agri‑food, health, energy and defence sectors, helping them navigate the intersection of business and politics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in developing strategic communication and stakeholder‑engagement plans.
• Conduct research on EU decision‑making processes and policy environments.
• Support the creation of social‑media content and other communication materials.
• Participate in meetings with business and political leaders and their stakeholders.
• Contribute to project deliverables for multiple industry sectors.

Required profile

• Passion for politics and a strong interest in business‑policy dynamics.
• Self‑starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional EU language.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and a can‑do approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EU institutions and their decision‑making processes (strong asset).
• Understanding of strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
